North Campus - 1410 North 4th Street, Clinton

Highway 30 (from east) - Cross Mississippi River South Bridge and go right at the stop light onto 3rd Street. Follow 3rd Street north for 20 blocks to 14th Avenue North. Go left on 14th Avenue North and cross 4th Street. Mercy Medical Center - North Campus will be straight ahead.

Highway 136 (from east) - Cross Mississippi River North Bridge and proceed two blocks through the stoplight. Go left on 3rd Street and follow around the curve to begin one-way traffic. Proceed for two blocks and the Mercy Medical Center - North Campus driveway will be on the right, between 15th Avenue North and 14th Avenue North.

Highway 67 (from north) - Follow Highway 67 South until it intersects with Highway 136 (Main Avenue). Proceed straight through the stoplight and follow North 3rd Street for 7 blocks until it curves to the right and begins one-way traffic. Proceed for two blocks and the Mercy Medical Center - North campus driveway will be on the right, between 15th Avenue North and 14th Avenue North.

Highway 30 (from west) - Follow Highway 30 through Clinton's business and industry district as far as 8th Avenue South, where 30 goes east over the Mississippi River South Bridge. Continue going north through the stoplight and follow 3rd Street for 20 blocks to 14th Avenue North. Go left on 14th Avenue North and cross 4th Street. Mercy Medical Center - North Campus will be straight ahead.

Mercy Home Care and Hospice - Savanna, 333 Chicago Avenue, Savanna IL

Highway 84 (from south) - At the intersection of Highway 84 and Highway 52, go left on 52 and follow the route through Savanna. Route 52 will turn north and approximately 9 blocks later, go right on Webster St. Approximately 4 blocks later, take a left on North 5th Street. Mercy Home Care and Hospice will be on the left side of the street.

Highway 84 (from north) - Proceed past the Mississippi River Bridge approximately 5 blocks and take a left onto Webster St. Approximately 4 blocks later, take a left on North 5th Street. Mercy Home Care and Hospice will be on the left side of the street.

Highway 64/52 (from west) - Cross the Mississippi River Bridge and take a right. Follow Highway 52 approximately 5 blocks and take a left onto Webster St. Approximately 4 blocks later, take a left on North 5th Street. Mercy Home Care and Hospice will be on the left side of the street.

Highway 64/52 (from east) - Follow Highway 52/64 through Savanna. Route 52 will turn north and approximately 9 blocks later, go right on Webster St. Approximately 4 blocks later, take a left on North 5th Street. Mercy Home Care and Hospice will be on the left side of the street.

South Campus - 638 South Bluff Blvd., Clinton

Highway 30 (from west) - When entering Clinton, go left on Manufacturing Drive and follow the road for several blocks until the intersection of 7th Avenue South/Thorwaldsen Pl. and Bluff Blvd. Go left on Thorwaldsen and Mercy Medical Center - South Campus will be on the right.

Highway 30 (from east) - After crossing the Mississippi River South Bridge, take a right on 3rd Street. At the next intersection, take a left onto 7th Avenue South. Follow 7th Avenue South for approximately 11 blocks and proceed through the intersection with Bluff Blvd. Mercy Medical Center South Campus will be on the right.

Highway 136 (from east) - After crossing the Mississippi River North Bridge, proceed two blocks through the stoplight. Go left on 3rd Street and follow around the curve to begin one-way traffic. Approximately 10 blocks later, take a right on 7th Avenue North, which changes into Bluff Blvd. Follow Bluff Blvd. For several blocks until it intersects with Thorwaldsen. Take a right on Thorwaldsen and Mercy Medical Center South Campus will be on the right.

Highway 67 (from north) - Follow Highway 67 South until it intersects with Highway 136 (Main Avenue). Proceed straight through the stoplight and follow North 3rd Street for 7 blocks until it curves to the right and begins one-way traffic. Approximately 10 blocks later, take a right on 7th Avenue North, which changes into Bluff Blvd. Follow Bluff Blvd. For several blocks until it intersects with Thorwaldsen. Go left on 14th Avenue North and left at North 4th Street. Take the immediate right and follow 14th Avenue North to the top of the hill. The Wyndcrest driveway will be on the right.

Highway 136 (from east) - Cross Mississippi River North Bridge and proceed two blocks through the stoplight. Go left on 3rd Street and follow around the curve to begin one-way traffic. Proceed for three blocks and take a right on 14th Avenue North. Follow the road to the top of the hill. The Wyndcrest driveway will be on the right.
