Cardiac/Pulmonary/Stroke Rehabilitation - Phase III

Phase III Rehab is a specialized program designed for individuals who have had any cardiac, stroke, or pulmonary problems. Close monitoring of the individual's heart rate, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure is provided.

Facts

• Physician's Referral is required
• Classes are led by Exercise Specialists
• Cost is $35 per month, $10 per month for spouse to participate
• Classes are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Class Structure

• Warm up---5 minutes
• Stretches---5 minutes
• Cardiovascular---30-40 minutes
• Cool Down---10 minutes
