activity, and discover several ways to make physical activity
a part of their lives.

Grieving process
The mourning after
An individual's grief over the loss of a loved one can take
many forms. What is normal for one person may not be acceptable
to another. Many factors influence a griever's response including
societal expectations, type of death and personality variables.
Reactions to grief can mimic not only physical ailments but
also psychological disorders, particularly clinical depression.
This workshop helps participants identify common reactions to
grief, complicated grief, and when to refer to a grief counselor.

Cognitive management of stress
Stressors affect people in different ways. We all have different
coping mechanisms. The primary factor in dealing with stress,
however, is how we perceive it, in particular what we 'tell'
ourselves. This workshop helps participants explore their 'self
talk' and shows the connection between thoughts, emotions, behavior
and health.
