Cognitive management of stress
Stressors affect people in different ways. We all have different
coping mechanisms. The primary factor in dealing with stress,
however, is how we perceive it, in particular what we 'tell'
ourselves. This workshop helps participants explore their 'self
talk' and shows the connection between thoughts, emotions, behavior
and health.
