Bluff Terrace and Wyndcrest are nursing facilities providing 24-hour nursing care. Each customer is assessed upon admission and continuously thereafter as to their individual needs using a multi-disciplinary professional team approach. Quality care is provided to each individual as measured by specific outcomes and communicated to each customer at their request or at their care plan meeting. Our focus of holistic care is available to our typical customer who is unable to live independently due to his/her medical condition.
