Please see below to determine which portal to use. The portals are free to use, simple to sign-up for and are completely secure. Only you and your care team will have access to your private health information.

The Clinic Patient Portal is now available for patients of MercyOne North Health Plaza, MercyOne Clinton Medical Center Health Plaza, Fulton Family Medicine, Morrison Family Medicine, DeWitt Family Medicine and Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine (formerly Medical Associates facilities).
The Clinic Patient Portal allows you to connect with your doctor or primary care provider at a time that works best for you. Request an appointment, communicate with your doctor’s office and get health information online.
To sign up, provide your email address at your next clinic appointment. You’ll receive an invitation to create an account. Have trouble logging in? Contact your clinic office.
Hospital Patient Portal
If you are a patient of the hospital or providers located at MercyOne Clinton Medical Center, please use this portal.
Beginning May 8, 2019, the MyMercyClinton online patient portal received a security update. This update will provide a better user experience and enhanced security. To access your medical records, you must create a new account here.
Why do I need to re-register for a MyMercyClinton account?
MyMercyClinton has completed a security update. This update will make accessing your medical information online, through a computer, tablet or smartphone, safe and easy. It will also provide you with a better user experience and enhanced security. There have been no security breaches with your current account.
How do I re-register MyMercyClinton account?
We invite you to re-register your account with MyMercyClinton and follow these instructions:
- Verify your identity by entering your legal first name, legal last name and date of birth.
- Verify your email address and set up a username and password.
- Select three security questions. Be sure to supply answers that are not easy for others to guess or discover.
- If your first name, last name and date of birth that was used for registration matches an existing patient record, a PIN will be sent to your phone that you'll need to enter online to verify your identity.
- Once your identity is verified, you'll be able to access your patient record.
