The Concierge desk is located in the main lobby area of the North Campus, or can be reached by calling 563-244-3940. It is our pleasure to assist you during your stay or visit with services such as:

• Ordering and delivering flowers and gifts from our Gift Shop.
• Referrals to local restaurants, lodging and businesses.
• Printed maps and transportation information
• Delivering a newspaper or magazine
• Mailing letters, cards, or packages
• Gift wrapping
• Clerical services (photocopying, sending faxes)
• And Much More.

The Concierge service is available from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
